Appropriate dosage of the supplement

This supplement is sold in dosages ranging from 250mg to 600mg. It dosage varies from person to person and for different age groups to suit its varied usage. Healthy adults may take this supplement at a dosage of 600mg, twice daily, whereas people suffering from physical ailments, like asthma, may have lower dosage of around 200mg per day. For those with Parkinson’s disease may consume it every other day as it provides protection to various cells from damage in the elderly.
